For the past thirty years we have been helping our clients improve business performance by helping them design the systems, organization and practices which impact human performance. The organization is not merely structure. In fact, that is one of the least important elements. Just as human health is the function of the entire system of the body, not just the skeleton, organization performance is the result of the entire system of the organization, functioning as one body. Whole-system organization design considers the interaction of the entire organizational system.

Our clients may have a concern about customer service, cycle time reduction or quality improvement. We help them examine the system around these issues to developing lasting solutions.

Not wishing to employ a large staff of consultants, and recognizing that the most successful change is the result of internal ownership by the client’s managers and employees, we are in the business of facilitating, not doing. The knowledge to change resides within organizations. It merely needs some help getting organized, getting heard, and getting to the point of decision and implementation. This is the help we provide.
